I showed the guy a photo of what I wanted. It was a shoulder length cut. BUT my hair got cut by my jawline. And now I look like a boy. I didn’t want the major of my hair to be cut but I didn’t want it at my jawline I want it shoulder length.

I've always had good haircuts there.Staff was kind courteous & knowledgeable...I've often found that you're haircut will only be as good as your instructions to your stylist.

1st experience ( 4 yrs ago) - 2 stars Quickly got in, person who checked me in was sort of friendly, the male employee seemed offputting and not wanting to engage. Probably part of his personality but when your engaging with customers you got to fake enthusiasm sometimes. One side of my hair is longer than the other *ssigh*
Second experience (March '24) - 5 stars...didn't have to wait hairdresser was very professional I wish I had got her name to give her credit. Haircut is perfect. She was professional and patient.

I have been coming here for years to see Candace. It's a wonderful place. Great prices, awesome service, very clean. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was going here quite a bit because I keep my hair cut almost shaved. Always had Heather R cut my hair. She always did a great job. Then on my last hair cut, Heather left the company so I had another girl do my hair. As simple as it is to do, she still did a crappy job. I had to redo my cut myself because there were some long hairs in a few spots. Guess I will have to shop around for another place. Will never go back.

Such a ridiculous experience. Just needed a man’s haircut. They were beyond regular rude, they were aggressively rude, starting the moment you enter. I think I interrupted them stuffing their faces with pizza, even though I made an appointment. Cut was poor, like you might get at an Army PX. Stay away. You deserve better. Everybody does.
