I don't know what Luke did, and neither does he, but my computer wouldn't boot up and now it runs like a dream, and all he did was look at it and run tests. All I know is God used him. God bless you Luke.

My Dell laptop was on the floor when my place flooded. I brought it here in hopes that the memory/hard drive could be recovered and put onto my external hard drive. He was very pleasant and professional. They offer an external hard drive or memory stick if you don't already own one. He was very clear with his communication and warned me about the possibility of not being able to recover anything. Unfortunately, my laptop had too much damage and nothing could be recovered. He was nice enough to not charge me anything because of that. If he had been able to recover something it would've been $80, so it was very nice to not have to pay $80 and not have anything recovered....read full review

I took my laptop in because it needed a new keyboard and I got it back in about 4.5 hours and it is working perfectly now! Really nice and knowledgeable guy who will be the only one I go to in the future for electronic repair!
