I was referred by my brother because I was looking for a place that did everything from tearing up my old floor and laying down the new floor without me having to pick it up and go to a separate vendor. This place does it all!!
I had carpet and vinyl and decided to get all hardwood floors throughout. They had a great selection to choose from and allowed me to look at samples in my home. They measured my floors and the floor was delivered to my house so it could acclimate. The crew was prompt and professional and I'm loving my new floor! I would highly recommend this place!

Paid well over $10,000 for VCP to be installed at our home several years ago. The job was a debacle but was finally completed. Then a year later many of the planks started shrinking. Dan, who has taken over for his late father, has been pretending for years that he would stand behind the work and fix it. Even showed me a box of flooring he ordered for it - but “couldn’t find a crew”. We will have to put a whole new floor in before selling the home. Absolutely do not trust this company with your home or money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. If you are reading this review please run the other way. These people will promise you best price and fastest install, and deliver neither. The prices they show you are understated by around $3 per square foot, even though they tell you a price all in per square foot when you place your order. They don't know anything about installing hardwood floors; the installers didn't leave expansion gaps on all walls, the installers broke a tile by my fire place, when installing stairs they bashed in the dry wall on each side of the steps, and they even installed boards with cracks. I was promised a 3 day install and it took over a month. By the way my house had nothing in it except a a fridge and toilet. The manager told me this would be the easiest job ever... The installers came for 2 days did very little work and then didn't come back for over 2 weeks, I had to make multiple calls to even see when the installer were coming back, I was told they had other jobs. The installers would come install a little bit then be gone for a week and this was repeated throughout the whole month plus it took to complete the install. These people are the opposite of professional. Only a few months later after the install was complete boards are starting to raise up... Also after the install was complete I did not receive a final walk through to show them all the cracks, dents, and scratches left by the installers all over the floors, even though I was promised multiple times ALL clients receive a final walk through. After being denied a final walk through I then emailed a long list of issues regarding the lack of install quality and received no response back for over a month, then a response was received but all they asked for was final payment on my account. Not only was the install a joke these people claim they are open until 5pm but I tried coming in multiple times at 4:30pm on weekdays to doors locked. Lastly, when they came to measure my house for total square feet before I placed my order I haden't yet installed the tile in multiple areas of my home, so the "estimated" invoice was based on incorrect square footage installed. Then when they sent me my "final" invoice it was the same invoice as the estimate with no update to square footage actually installed. I let them know the square footage actually installed changes obviously due to tile now covering places where they initially measured for the estimate. I was told unfortunately the installers were already paid as if it was my fault that they over paid the installers because they never came back and re-measured the square footage actually installed... Very unprofessional as soon as you place your order they stop providing you customer service, don't work with them they don't know what they are doing...

I can’t believe the treatment (or lack of) we received from this company. We had a myriad of issues but the most offensive being that one of his employees left fecal matter on the toilet and floor of our bathroom. Our home had no furniture in it and they ruined multiple freshly painted doors and walls beyond normal dings to be expected. The cherry on top was when the owner decided that he didn’t need to return our calls to come finish the job. So disappointed. Save yourself the grief and go literally anywhere else.

Just had new vinyl flooring laid and we couldn't be more happier! Great personal from the instore to the installer! They even had to lay some subflooring and quarter round. Highly recommend them !!!
