I am located in Ypsi Township and needed a new furnace and AC unit for a smaller, single-family home. The existing units worked, but were almost 30 years old. I got quotes from five companies. I chose Award because their price was good and because they took the time to perform a block load calculation to ensure that the new units matched the heating and cooling demands of the home. They showed me the report of their calculation, and it matched by own calculation that I performed using CoolCalc.
