I knew when I bought the house that the roof would need replacing in a few years, and that time had come. In addition to replacing the shingles on both the house and the garage, the sheathing needed to be replaced (the old sheathing had a mold problem), the attic ventilation needed improving (hence the mold), the gutters were in bad shape, and the fascia on the garage was obviously decaying. A.H. Construction took care of all of it, and I am quite pleased with the results.

Sammy came to give me a quote and said he would also come to check on everything everyday and/or his dad Sammy Sr. would be there. We had some issues with mold and rotted wood as well as a sofit we weren’t sure what was going on inside. Sammy and his dad were there each day and contacted me with anything they ran into. They sent pictures of what they found and the work they did. Sammy gave me choices about what they could do to fix things so I could save money but still get the job done and done well.
