“Our AC went out on the hottest week. Since the whole HVAC system was 26 years old we were unsure whether to replace only AC or the whole system. I had several other companies estimates, but Larry was the only one who took the time to look over the heating system and explain to me the signs he was observing that our heat exchanger was possibly cracked. The price was competitive to the other estimates and I am so glad we chose Carter Mechanical as our heat exchanger did have 3 cracks in it! I received the estimate and called on Monday to accept the quote and by Thursday afternoon our installation was complete. While the technician was here they noticed a problem with the venting on our hot water tank and repaired that also! It nice to have the AC back on with this heat and it's comforting to know we will be safe this winter too.”
