Paul and Nico continue to impress us with their availability and ability to quickly resolve our computer issues. A recent Quickbooks update, changed our settings so that we could no longer email out invoices, purchase orders, etc. After spending almost THREE HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH QUICKBOOKS SUPPORT, I got Paul on a conference call with me and Quickbooks.
