Remembered having a flicker of the lights at the house then after a day of being away for my iMAC ….nothing ….no power …just black blank screen staring into my soul….set up appt online with ease!! All scheduling directly from Apple, quick and seamless. Multiple dates/times to assist with planning. Drove 45 min to this establishment and wasn’t disappointed at all! Awesome customer service! Machine was a 2010 but they were able search the black abyss and find the spark thus breathing life into my computer again!! Had a burned out screen and an aging HD on a 10 yo Mac. Apple wouldn't deal with it and they suggested Comp Rescue 911, who gladly serviced it. CR911 did a great job at a reasonable price. It's now the fastest computer I have...All future computer work will go to them.

Shout out to Ray, who listened to my issues on my failing laptop. It was time for me to get a new laptop, and the prices were competitive with the Big Box retailers. They transferred everything I asked for to the new laptop while I was on vacation. They kept me informed on the progress, and if for any reason I need assistance, I will go to Computer Rescue 911. In the past, I would transfer data myself, however it's gotten more and more complicated and I just don't have the time. No pushy sales, and 100% delivered what I asked for. Reasonable prices for the services rendered. I would recommend to all local people in the Grand Rapids market.
