When I tell you this dude goes above and beyond!! Jon's diligence, patience, knowledge, fortitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to make his customers happy is absolutely second to none. I've never been so blown away by someone's professionalism and willingness to keep going until a satisfactory solution can be found. Do yourself a favor: don't take your electronics to big chain stores or even to smaller companies. If you really want excellent service and workmanship at a great price, Jon is absolutely your guy!
Jon was awesome with repairing my pc! I installed a m.2 drive that wouldn’t read, and he went above and beyond what I originally wanted him to do. (He put windows on the ssd and was going to clone the hard drive onto the ssd). All the other businesses I called had several day lead days, but I was able to drop it off with jon and get it back in 72 hours! He was always getting me updates on what was happening, and I felt super informed about the repair process. Jon always had my best interest when discussing anything that popped up. Will recommend going to this guy again!
