I feel like Flooring America was the best place to go for our new carpet and luxury vinyl flooring. Alek was very helpful, answering any questions or concerns we had. I would recommend anyone to go to Flooring America for all of your flooring needs.

Overall I am happy with my carpet installation. There were a few hiccups along the way - some miscommunication which meant they were 5 hours late and some dirty fingers and nicks on freshly painted walls and dirt in the carpet from dirty shoes. I expressed my concerns and they were taken seriously.
