Mediocre experience. Staffs friendly. They do send you text messages to update you about the progress on your vehicle, but those text messages are not always accurate. My vehicle was almost 3 weeks behind schedule.
As far as the quality of work. It doesn't look bad. There are some spots that I think they could have done better and I also have a questionable scratch that wasn't there when I turned the car in. I don't think taking your car here will result in a terrible experience, but if I had to do this again, I would probably go somewhere else.
WOW! I chose Gerber Collision after my car was hit. My insurance covered the cost, but Gerber went above and beyond with their service. They texted me everyday with updates on the car and an estimate of when it would be done. When I reached out with questions, they were always quick to respond and very kind (I asked a lot of questions!). My car was finished 3 days before they originally quoted me, and they detailed the ENTIRE inside of my car. When I went to pick it up, the mechanic talked me through what was done and their warranty. They also stayed late for me to get my car! I will definitely be using Gerber for all repairs moving forward!
Excellent experience with Gerber while my vehicle was with them. Very communicative while it was being worked on. They also went above and beyond to clean the interior when I picked up.
