Southgate Transmission Inc. is a business known for its honesty, efficiency, and great customer service. They offer transmission repairs, replacement, and general maintenance services. Their team, including Mark and Bill, are praised for going the extra mile to help customers. For instance, they took the time to search for a specific grommet needed for a four-wheel-drive, ensuring the vehicle was ready for an upcoming storm. They provide reasonable prices, even identifying and fixing a computer issue in a van instead of replacing the transmission, which could have cost thousands. Overall, Southgate Transmission Inc. is a trusted establishment for its expertise, integrity, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Honest and transparent. If ever I need Trans work that is where I'll go. I wanted a fluid flush/fill and a new filter. After checking out my car, he highly recommended against it due to the high miles in my car as it can cause slipping in that case. He could have just done it and took my money, but his honesty saved money and possible headaches too.
