Was told that it would be 1 1/2 hrs. Was done well before that. I have a super charger on my F150 RTR. They installed the wrong oil in it. But the guy who wrote up the work order checked it out and discovered the mistake and had it pulled back in and installed the right oil. If you have a super charger on yours, Tell them when they write up the W/O, I do that every time. It can happen and if you don't check it out you could be driving with the wrong oil

Last week I went to the Quick-lane, because a competitor (Discount Tire) essentially tried to hustle me into the purchase of a new tire. Skeptical of the information that my tire was unrepairable, I drove over to the Quick Lane for a second opinion. I worked with Kelsie who was very helpful. I explained the situation and after the technicians took a look at my tire, they quickly advised it was repairable. I highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here if you want to pay for parts you don’t need I brought my car in for a rear brake job luckily I had worked in the mechanic field for four years prior to this so after dropping my vehicle off for a scheduled appointment seven hours later I received a phone call from a service manager with a severely poor attitude when he called he informed me my rear brake job had turned into $1100 in recommended work he told me my front brakes were worse than the rears and I needed an alignment when I asked how badly worn were my brakes and how much out of alignment was my car he acted like I asked him to run an Iron Man I’ve never...read full review
