Straight up amazing customer service. Called the morning of for an oil change, as they had no wait compared to neighboring fast lanes that were a 2 hour wait. Walked in to the establishment to the kindest and most friendly faces. They got me taken care of quickly! Showed me all of my filters to see IF I would like to replace them, gave me the full run down of my vehicle, and made me aware of deals they had coming up so I could get the best bang for my buck. Very clean from the lobby to the restrooms.

I had Lola, my 2024 Mustang GT, in for an oil change at Quick Lane - Gorno Ford, and the whole experience was excellent. Aaron, Charlotte, and Alaina were all bright, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They were efficient, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to work with ,even taking the time to chat and ask about my weekend.
I also really appreciated that the mechanic took great care of my Mustang. She’s my baby, so that means a lot. Great customer service from start to finish, and I truly appreciated the positive experience!
