We had an issue with a loose belt and a damaged pulley with our SUV. Rob was attentive and communicated with us on the issue the whole way, even into the late hours of the day and weekend. He also shared the diagnostic with us and the parts he utilized. Rob was extremely knowledgeable and gave us options on a solution to fit our budget so we didn’t feel like we were paying for unnecessary things; his pricing was great! Awesome service, he has helped me with several issues on my 2011 focus and he was great, he found all the parts for me online and made sure they fit, all i had to do was order them and send them strait to him. He kept me updated every step of the way and had them swapped out and road ready right away. Great service all the way around. Definitely recommend
