The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. The spa itself is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean -- it has such a relaxing atmosphere. I had an Aquafirm facial with Stacey, and she was fantastic! My skin felt so fresh, hydrated, and glowing afterward. I also tried laser hair removal and was pleasantly surprised by how quick and painless it was. I even booked my next appointment before leaving because I can't wait to go back. “I've been coming here for facials regularly for 2 years. The first time was because I'd been having some skin texture issues, Muna (owner) quickly and easily diagnosed the problem and I saw improvements even after one facial which have continued to this day. The experience is always relaxing, clean, and really pleasant. The staff will work with you to make sure you have a comfortable experience (adjust temperature of towels, level of steam, etc.). They have a variety of services and products which I've purchased here and there and enjoyed, and I can honestly say that I've never once felt any pressure to make an extra purchase. It's NOT one of those places that are pushing products/services on you constantly. I've had to cancel or reschedule a few times, sometimes with short notice; they have always been unfailingly polite and I've never had a charge in those cases. I highly recommend this business. I'll hopefully be continuing to make appts for myself for years to come“
