“This is my go to Ulta! All of the girls are so nice and genuinely care about the customers! They have great products and all of the workers are extremely helpful and dedicated! I have always loved my hair but that doesn’t mean the feeling was always reciprocated to say the least, haha. But Morgan swooped in like a superhero and totally transformed my hair! Everything she’s ever used on me I’ve bought right at Ulta and now my hair and I are seeing eye to eye! Plus they not only work but always smell so good!But what’s truly special about her is how she treated my mother when our paths crossed. My mom had accidentally fried her hair with a shampoo that completely stripped her follicles! Morgan was professional, understanding and sweet. And I know my mom can be a handful sometimes and she only lets specific people touch her hair.
