Chuck is extremely knowledgeable. He rectified our unexpected no heat situation quickly and affordably. Jason completed our repair confidently and professionally. Briggs Mechanical went above and beyond! We couldn’t be happier (or warmer). Highly recommend.

Our A/C unit went down after we got back from vacation and Brigg's sent someone out the same day I called and was able to get a new unit right after the 4th of July weekend. Very impressed with timeliness, knowledge and friendliness of Rob and the installers.

My boiler stopped working on the Friday before Thanksgiving. I had two plumbers scheduled for Monday. Neither of them could fix it—it is an early model of the high energy efficient boilers. A friend recommended Briggs and they were able to come out Tuesday. I didn’t have much hope as the previous two plumbers had been in touch with the manufacturer and the manufacturer suggested a new system might be the easiest answer. Peter and Paul spent a few hours and were fairly confident they found the solution, but couldn’t get the part until the following day. Wednesday they came back and installed the part and it worked!
