We found LaFollette Custom Homes as we were researching different builders. We had reached out to several at the time, but Steve got back to us within 30 minutes, and after reviewing his work, hired him for the job. We've been in our new home now for a full year, and we absolutely love it. Steve was able to maximize the views of our lovely property, while still maintaining privacy. He worked with us on cost, which was no small feat given this was not long after COVID, and prices were quite high. The attention to detail during the build was wonderful, and he is still reachable if we have any questions or concerns. Great guy to work with.
Steve and his team renovated our kitchen and converted what was effectively 1000sq ft of attic space into a primary bedroom and bathroom as well as an office. They did a beautiful job. After a flood, we called them back in to help us create a more finished space in our basement. We can recommend them without reservation! They are true craftsmen committed to getting the job done right; Steve has a creative and experienced eye for design; and they’re very friendly and trustworthy.
Steve and crew did a remodel on our house about 5 years ago. He remodeled the kitchen, lifted the breezeway floor and added an upstairs laundry and living room. We are SO SO SO happy with the work and cannot imagine our house without these changes.
