Due to some extremely difficult (and personal) events in my life recently, I had a minor emotional breakdown while I was there. Jennie not only didn’t judge me at all, but she also listened to my problems and seemed like she cared. Then another woman (I think she works at the front desk but I don’t know her name) came to sweep some hair and, despite seeing me looking like an emotional mess, told me I looked beautiful after my haircut. And you know what, I think she really meant it. The kindness they showed to me is more appreciated than they could know. This is the second time I've had my hair done by Kelie and she is just phenomenal. She really listens to what you want and ensures that it is something that will work with your everyday life when it comes to how you style your hair regularly. I love the color and cut. In addition to just doing an amazing job on your hair she is easy to gab with. Highly recommend having kelie as your stylist!Services: Haircut

The stylist I see is fantastic. She is 5 stars, without a doubt. Unfortunately, the shampoo bowls are SO uncomfortable (and they move on me while I'm getting a shampoo). I'm not sure if it's just me, but it's downright painful on my neck and back to get a shampoo, which is supposed to be the best part. The prices go up every time I'm there, which is also disappointing, but I'm too scared to make a switch to a different salon.
