“This is my go to Ulta! All of the girls are so nice and genuinely care about the customers! They have great products and all of the workers are extremely helpful and dedicated! They all truly foster an encouraging and welcoming environment!But I have to give a special shoutout to the Hairstylist Morgan! I have always loved my hair but that doesn’t mean the feeling was always reciprocated to say the least, haha. But Morgan swooped in like a superhero and totally transformed my hair! Everything she’s ever used on me I’ve bought right at Ulta and now my hair and I are seeing eye to eye! Plus they not only work but always smell so good!But what’s truly special about her is how she treated my mother when our paths crossed. My mom had accidentally fried her hair with a shampoo that completely stripped her follicles! Morgan was professional, understanding and sweet. And I know my mom can be a handful sometimes and she only lets specific people touch her hair. But she has been beaming about Morgan ever since recommending her to all of her friends (and mine)Please go see her or anyone she recommends! She’ll always have your best interest at heart! “Due to some extremely difficult (and personal) events in my life recently, I had a minor emotional breakdown while I was there. Jennie not only didn’t judge me at all, but she also listened to my problems and seemed like she cared. Then another woman (I think she works at the front desk but I don’t know her name) came to sweep some hair and, despite seeing me looking like an emotional mess, told me I looked beautiful after my haircut. And you know what, I think she really meant it. The kindness they showed to me is more appreciated than they could know. And on top of that, I left with a stellar haircut, as always.Edit: Jennie called me the next day to check on me and see how I was doing.
