1st picture is what I requested. 2nd picture is the result after it was bleached to remove the darker deepest brown nearly black. 3rd and the rest is the outcome after being color treated. My issue is that it’s as dark as I came in making the bleaching unnecessary, $80. It looks as dark as when I arrived with color. The point was to lighten it a bit not bleach it only to make it as dark. Double processed for no reason. When peroxide and color would have lifted and deposited to the same degree, dark nearly black. I have been using this salon for many, many years. My hairstylist is Rita Sabbagh and she is WONDERFUL. Rita has been doing my hair for at least a decade and I've always come away happy. I have been going to the jcpenney salon for about 10 years. Rita is my stylist and she is SIMPLY the BEST! She is so knowledgeable and is an expert at her profession. She always treats me like I'm her only client. She is so respectful, friendly and I feel blessed to have her in my life! She highlights, colors, cuts and styles my hair perfectly. She also waxes my brows and lip perfectly. Rita you are just SIMPLY THE BEST!
