“The first surgery center I went to was a somewhat cold experience. I felt like I was moving along an assembly line. When I finally got to meet the surgeon, he walked in the door, looked at my neck, suggested a neck lift, and literally walked out. A coworker said her cousin had work done by Dr. Michael Gray years ago and raved about the experience. Based on that, I made my consult appointment. What a huge difference from my first consult. I immediately felt comfortable and was greeted by Margo, who has been with Dr. Gray for about 30 years! Now that says something. She is such a wonderful, kind soul, who answered all my questions with honest answers. After watching a few videos, Dr. Gray walked in. He slides a chair over and asks me how I feel and what I’m looking for. He was genuine and very down to earth. I felt so comfortable, I knew right there - I wanted him to perform my surgeries. My case would be a little more challenging than most, as I suffer with TED, thyroid eye disease, and needed help with drooping lower eyelids. Dr. Gray worked with my TED eye surgeon and inserted fat to hold the mesh in place, performed a lower facelift, and arm tucks. Did I mention that I lost 70 pounds over a year ago. All the sagging skin everywhere made me feel and look much older than I am. I lost all my confidence and absolutely hated looking into a mirror. The first pic is from June 4, 2026, and the second is June 22, 2026, only 6 days post surgery!!! I’m still in the healing phase and I feel amazing. I couldn’t be happier with these results and it’s only going to look better as I go through the healing process.
