“New to Complexion and been there twice for a facial and another time for botox. Love the ladies! Knowledgeable and sweet. Giving it 4 stars cause the front desk encounter I had was so uncomfortable. I was in line and they ask you if you want to leave a tip with the injector right there. For such a prestigious place, this seemed so odd & unprofessional. Just show me the screen and let me decide if I want to tip and how much.“

“I want to specifically mention Farah because she truly deserves recognition. She honestly had nothing to do with the issues that happened with my hair that day, but despite that, she still tried her best to calm me down, help fix things, and make me feel better during a very stressful moment on my wedding day.

You can tell she genuinely cares about clients and their feelings. She was sweet, respectful, patient, and professional the entire time. Even after another stylist ruined my hair, she still stepped in and tried to help as much as she could.

Farah herself is absolutely amazing, and I truly appreciate the kindness and effort she showed me that day.“
