“I’ve never taken the time to write a review but felt compelled to after my visit. I had been going to a different medspa provider for years and had a bad experience (actually two but I have them a second chance) so was looking for a new place for my needs. I made an appointment the night before my visit online, it was super easy and convenient. When I arrived I was greeted by two professional front desk receptionists. Filled out a form met the medspa practitioner and was out of the office in about 30 mins. The office is super clean and decorated nicely. The best part for me was the cost transparency and just overall great experience. I’m happy to have a new home for my needs!“

“Great service and staff taking a lot of time to explain everything. The IR Saunas are really great and the cabins with shower are the perfect mix. The only short coming is the possibility to rest outside of the Sauna a bit (e.g. lounge seat or small bench). Cold shower option is a great experience although that option is a little expensive for 45s cold plunge. Overall great and I'll definitely be back.“
