Tuesday - Jake came to our home, assessed the situation and emailed us a quote with pictures that night! Thursday - We signed the quote (because I missed their email on Tuesday night). Friday - The job was done when we got home from work -- two spots fixed! I couldn't believe it! He even pointed out a window that wasn't sealed properly when it was installed and some masonry that needs some work around the chimney.
