So far so good. My appointment is coming up but *** dealt with customer service on several occasions leading up to my decision to schedule and they have been fantastic! They travel much farther than I thought and they give all the information ahead of time so you can be prepared. I think this will be the company I hire to redirect our hvac vents.
Worked with a gentleman named Travis. Very polite, and showed up 45 minutes within me calling! New part needed to be replaced, and diagnostic, came out to under $200. Won’t find a cheaper rate. Was super fast, no upselling, and didn’t lecture me on my heating unit. An overall great experience and I won’t go elsewhere.Service: Heating system repair
