I did not know who to call nor how to describe the problem I had with bees on my patio. Jelyn listened to me patiently and made all the necessary arrangements to get me a appointment quickly to get someone to my house to take care of my problem. She was polite, efficient and kind.

Good customer service from Steven R, even though I was calling to cancel service. (Not because of the pest control guys, who were very good, but because the scheduling system is irritating - it makes appointments for you and you have to call to “reschedule” if you want the inside treated. And that always seems to be the most dreadful inconvenience for them.)
