Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I went into this experience thinking I was probably going to dislike this place.

Leading up to my appointment, they were very good about calling and sending reminders. One of the emails specifically stated that cancellations made within 24 hours would result in a $50 charge.

Well…plot twist.

The DAY of my appointment, just a few hours before I was supposed to arrive, they called and told me my masseuse had an emergency and had to cancel.

So naturally, I asked, “Okay…if I had an emergency and had to cancel this close to my appointment, I’d be charged $50, right?”

They said yes.

This place was incredible! I booked a facial and enjoyed every minute of it. They took such great care to learn about my preferences, from the lighting and music to the wide range of additional add-ons they offer. The new-customer pricing was also fantastic!

Kate was wonderful! She applied lotions and creams that felt absolutely dreamy and did an amazing job easing away all the stress and tension from my face, neck, and shoulders. She was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me such helpful advice and recommendations for all of my skincare questions. I have been going to Hand and Stone at the Coolidge Hwy location for massage or facial since this branch has opened, ~ 2015. I immediately became a member. I am very satisfied with the services provided. I love everything about this facility, starting with the cleanness of the rooms and finishing with the friendly and professional staff. Therefore, I believe, this facility has been always packed. The estheticians, and particularly Stacy, provide endless relaxation, and I always feel that I am glowing after the facial.
