Wow!!!! I have been visiting Amy for a few years and for a few different things. Sometimes she helps fine tune my supplements and sometimes she does bodywork. It has been a while since we had her tune into the bodywork and so this session, she just asked if I would scan my body and see if there were any places that needed attention. My immediate response was my hip/ back. I have been dealing with chronic back/ hip pain for 2 years. I have been to frequent chiropractor visits, a whole PT session, multiple massages, and still dealing with some pretty chronic pain. I've been going to Natural Recharge for massage, chakra and other services for over ten years now and I can't stress enough how amazing they are taking care of my individual needs! Lisa gives the best, most thorough massage I've ever hand and Amy keeps my energy flowing!

Very kind knowledgeable thearpist. Did not rush through the treatment and made sure all my questions were answered to my understanding. Took the time to explain the meaning of the results of my reports! I learned a lot about the workings of my body. Really enjoyed my session! ?
