I first met Aaron at a seminar about sleep. After speaking with him I decided to try out his program to help me with my balance. I'm older, out of shape and overweight. I am continually astonished at Aaron's ability to know exactly how and where to address any discomfort. He will change course if he sees that I need to do things differently. He LISTENS! He is seriously knowledgeable about anatomy and physiology. I can't recommend him enough!
I can’t recommend Aaron enough! The program is truly customized and the results came quickly. Aaron was able to pinpoint weak muscles right away, which made a huge difference in both my strength and flexibility. A shoulder knot I’d had for years is completely gone. Aaron is great for all ages and especially encouraging if you haven’t worked out in a while! He is knowledgeable, supportive, and incredibly effective.
I was first introduced to Aaron when I complained to a friend about a soccer injury suffered many years ago that continued to plague me. At the time I had the option to attend physical therapy – that would limit attention to the specific area of my injury. I was aware my overall physical condition may benefit from exploration into general care and conditioning program, providing a path towards overall wellness.
