After a terrible experience the last time I was there for an oil change, Jen organized a very good service to replace a small part on the Vette. I had a 7:30 apt and was probably done at 8:00. I believe this is what is capable with proper planning. Thank you Jen!!
Drew D in service checked me in, took my information for my visit (dashboard mph dead) and gave me an estimated time of completion. A dead module made my visit a little longer but Drew gave me updates as needed. Drew came to let me know he needed to order the module...estimated time before it arrives...and that he d call when it was received so we could schedule install and programming of the module and an estimated 3 hrs to complete. As usual.. excellent service...
