X5 stopped charging the battery (bad alternator) when we drove up for thanksgiving. Had X5 towed to Traverse dealer Friday after and they said they could look at it on 12/7. Did not look at it until 12/17. Then it took until 12/31 for mechanic to replace alternator. Was finally able to pick up X5 on 1/3/25, over 5 weeks later after they replaced the alternator. To top it off the car was covered I. Snow and ice and it took us 10 minutes to get door open. I was in communication with them the whole time. No urgency. Would it have killed you to pull into the service bay the night before I picked it up to get rid of snow and ice? Would not return for any service...read full review

Wow i would give 10 stars if I could! Not only we they great with communicating with me and and taking my car in right away after there was engine problems, they detailed and washed my car for me. These are some great people. Thank you to everyone there! Great job!
