“They provided boilers and mini splits for our new home built in 2019. We also used them for an addition we built in 2025. Combined we have 2 boilers and 9 mini splits. Everything works great. Three years ago, the boiler quit making hot water. A technician was on site in under an hour and fixed the issue. It was handled under warranty, so no charge. Last week one of the zone valves quit working. A tech was at my home in 30 minutes. The boiler was out of warranty, but it was an inexpensive fix. Great company, friendly and competent office staff and technicians.“

Had a new Carrier A/C unit installed yesterday. Brandon and his sidekick (I forgot his name!) did an incredible job. They worked hard and non-stop until it was finished. Everything was cleaned up at completion. What impressed me was the level of detail they put in to the job. The replacement box on top of the furnace was carefully installed and sealed. Far better install than the unit it replaced! A lot of time was spent getting the system purged and verifying it was properly charged. The exterior line was redone with new insulation. They answered all my questions. Totally satisfied!
Oh and the new unit is so much quieter than the old outdoor unit. Can already tell this 14 SEER unit is operating more efficiently than the 22 year old Carrier model it replaced. Very happy!!!“
