We were walking by W & H shop & stopped to make an appointment to look at a leaky toilet. Within the hour, we had a call back & a service person at our home. I had Walters & Hemming fix a broken pipe near my shower drain. Initially, the repair wasn't quite right and when I called to discuss the problem, they were very gracious and agreed to redo the repair. The second gentleman (Matt) did a fantastic job and even offered suggestions on how to be sure the new piping was secure along with some great tips on tile work I'm beginning. This is a great business with class people!
