I love Ulta in Traverse City! The staff are always so kind and helpful. I went in for a return and one of the staff complimented me at the counter and the manager was so sweet and quick to help!

I came into this location earlier this evening on a whim. I had been at the restaurant adjacent to it. I live in Wisconsin, but on my trip over here I ran out of a Ulta brand Matte high shine lipstick I really love. It was a VERY SPECIFIC Mauve from a sample kit my teen daughter didn’t care for. There was 3 gals on staff, 1 was done for the night. I pulled out my empty tube and said basically “help me, I’m A baby” 😅🫠 Girlfriends helped me color match. We found it! Danielle at the Traverse City store was just exceptional she took the time matched me perfectly with foundation. Blush and concealer along with moisturizer and also on how to apply all products. Danielle is truly a 20 STAR
