Came up to Traverse City for a family vacation and my son desperately needed a haircut. When I called they were able to get my son in for an appointment within the hour. Angie, his stylist was fast, friendly and very professional. The haircut for my son looked fantastic. I would highly recommend.Service: Kids' cuts

This is the only place to get a haircut. I’ve never walked out unhappy.Feels like an actual enterprise, not just a booth at the mall that gives haircuts out the same way they give out a pretzel on a stick. Easy to get into, don’t have to wait very long. And it was pretty cool that even though I’m only in there every few months to get a basic haircut, when my hair gets too long, I can still recognize them And they recognize me. It says a lot that they retain their staff.

Love this place. Gone twice, last minute walk in both times and able to be fit in. I’m really nervous when I get my hair cut due to my hair line and cowlicks, very easy to mess up in my experience. The hairdresser listened to my ideas for the cut, made me feel comfortable and executed better than I could hope. I forgot the woman’s name who has cut my hair twice but she’s awesome! I will make this place my regular spot for getting the perfect cut as well as the friendly service! Thank you ??
