I would like to give Nathan more than 5 stars! Oftentimes, as an older person, I have felt that some tech people see my white hair and have preconceived ideas on my technical abilities. However, not Nathan! He was kind, funny and incredibly helpful. Can’t say enough, except thank you!

Justin at Traverse City, MI goes above and beyond. I was on vacation when my phone completely died and he got me back up and running and checked in with me to make sure there were no problems.
