Customers appreciate the awesome manner, multitasking, and kind approach of the staff, making them feel valued and satisfied with their overall experience. The store has good coverage in the local area, and the associates are knowledgeable and helpful in resolving customer issues, whether it's getting a new phone or finding the right accessory. The manager and other employees work together to address customer needs promptly, even when the store is busy.
Brian was a great associate and so helpful! He was knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way with setting up my new account and transfering my number from a previous carrier. I want to thank him for being so patient with me too and answering all my questions. He did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend him!
Justin is hands down the best Verizon employee you could ever get. He helped us and got us a great deal on replacing a phone and upgrading another while juggling all the other customers that came in. Verizon you need to give this man a raise!
