Customers appreciate the awesome manner, multitasking, and kind approach of the staff, making them feel valued and satisfied with their overall experience. The store has good coverage in the local area, and the associates are knowledgeable and helpful in resolving customer issues, whether it's getting a new phone or finding the right accessory. The manager and other employees work together to address customer needs promptly, even when the store is busy.

Good evening, I wish I could make your day however, my experience in your store was as follows. I walked in. There was one other customer so I approached the busy at his computer and he answered all my questions until the other employee interrupted. I Understand he needed his question answered, but shouldn’t be customers answer come quicker. He didn’t ask for his question. That’s the proper way to handle that situation. However the person employee that was helping me was.. And then I forgot my question. I proceeded to remember, and he out me. I think he was the manager of that branch. I’m not sure. After a catastrophic failure of most of my previous iPhone’s hardware, Nathan was able to got me in for a last minute appointment and get me a new phone before the weekend. He was extremely helpful and very fun to talk to while we waited for my phone to transfer data and update!
