My experience with Tom’s has been nothing short of amazing. He is so customer oriented and responsive. He did our entire lawn in Empire that had to start from scratch after our renovation. It was filled with weeds and nothing else. He took care of all the weeds for no extra charge and then did a splendid job of hydro seeding. That was impressive enough but then we had a water pipe break in the yard and he said it wasn’t my fault so he would come and fix the part that was destroyed by the leak for free. Great quality. Our experience with T.O.M.S. service has been nothing but positive. We had our (relatively small) yard hydroseeded about 4 weeks ago and it's really starting to fill in nicely. T.O.M.S. has been by our house 3 times check up on the progress of our lawn and address any concerns and issues we've had. We did have a few bare patches that weren't coming in very well and not only did he do a little broadcast seeding in those spots, he came back to hydroseed them at no additional cost to us.It's been very obvious to us that T.O.M.S takes pride in their work, stands behind their service, and wants nothing more than for us to be completely satisfied.
