Scott is a passionate and fantastic professional. We have a very treasured rug that took Two women two years to hand tie. We trusted Scott and he delivered with exceptional results. Our treasured rug is back and looking fantastic once again. We would highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for expert handling of very very special rugs. He far exceeded our expectations

We had tried to clean our area rug with a Rug Doctor from the local hardware store. This left the rug with an all over yellow/tan stain, especially noticeable one the white areas in the pattern. I called Scott at GTRC and he immediately diagnosed the problem...our rug contained natural fibers which had reacted to the Rug Doctor solution. He explained the chemistry of the stain, and had lots of experience in correcting this problem, although he was honest to say that his technique had about a 75% success rate in these situations.
