James with Pristine did a truly great job cleaning the carpets in our new home. He was prompt in getting us scheduled, coordinated with our realtor to clean the carpets before we arrived so everything got deeply cleaned AND dry before our furniture arrived.
We found a problem spot (cat) after we arrived and James returned free of charge to address the smell.
Thank you very much. Highly recommend James with Pristine and will be using them in the future.
Three bedrooms, a set of stairs and a family room/sewing room were cleaned in addition to two area rugs. James was friendly, efficient and on time. Our carpets all look brighter. We are also impressed that there isn't any chemical smell.
I am very pleased with my carpet cleaning experience with a pristine Floor Care. I love the fast drying, low VOC products used and my carpet looks great!! I highly recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs! I will use them again.
