Jean was great to work with! I have been looking to get into someone local for over 6 months and Jean accommodated my schedule while we were on a mini family vacay. It was the first time I had a stylist know how to cut and style curly hair and I am planning to visit in the future when I make a trip to Traverse City. Very knowledgeable and helpful!
Traveled a distance to seek Jean's curl expertise, and I was thrilled with the results! She understood my curls and texture and the direction I am going with growing it out. Someone might hesitate over the cost but I can assure you, it is worth it if you want to embrace your curls with joy! I cannot recommend her enough!
I had a wonderful experience with Jean. Her attention to detail, focus on education and very apparent specialization in textured hair was such a breath of fresh air for a curly haired person who has just had wayyyyy too many bad haircuts! She gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. In the last few days I have tried both flat ironing it and wearing it curly and it has such a nice shape and style both ways. I will definitely be back to see Jean!
