I was visiting Traverse City and decided to do a major haircut from Long to short. I walked in and they were able to get me a appointment quickly and that worked with my schedule. I got to see the fabulous Patrick. He gave an incredible head massage while washing my hair, something that I feel I never get at other haircuts at other places. He also did a phenomenal job on my haircut with a lot of time spent and detail to the cuts, but also to my wishes for the cut. I was very nervous getting a haircut from Long to short hair and with someone I did not know, but I would highly recommend this cute hair salon and Patrick!! I have been coming to Salon Saloon since they first opened in the warehouse district. I highly recommend them for any hair care needs. My cut and color is always on point and makes me look cute, which is why I come here. I love Cecilia! She is so kind, friendly, funny and very, very talented. Salon Saloon will not disappoint!

I have been going to Cecilia for years! As a licensed cosmetologist myself, I am very picky! She is my favorite hair professional for both cutting hair and color. I believe she is gifted at her profession! The salon is a great atmosphere, relaxing and comfortable. I've read the two negative reviews and I swear they have to be about a different place. These people, including Cecilia care way too much about their clients and their own reputation in business to ignore a complaint....unless it's someone that just can't be satisfied. As a business owner myself, I do understand that those kinds of people are out there. I recommend Salon Saloon to EVERYONE that comments on my hair, and that is a daily thing! How great to get hair compliments daily! Who can say that?!
