Montana at Polished Nail Boutique is now my absolute go-to for pedicures in TC. The space is inviting and cozy, with a great mix of gel options. During my visit, I brought in a nail color they didn’t have exactly, but Montana worked with me and helped me find something so close I ended up liking it even more!
I love that Montana took her time and focused on the details, so my nails always look perfect without feeling rushed. At larger nail salons, I'm almost always in some sort of pain (cut of the cuticle, rubbed my skin raw, poked me with their tools). But Montana's services was absolutely painless and refreshing! I've never felt better after a pedicure, truly.

Brooke and Montana at Polished are my go-to for mani/pedi - the salon is adorable and has a fantastic selection of gel (shellac, OPI, DND, etc) as well as regular polish, and they always have new fun seasonal colors to pick from. I especially love how fastidious they are with cleanliness protocols, and the attention to detail vs some of the larger salons where you feel like you are being rushed in and out. I also appreciate the online booking process, as it allows me to book ahead anytime. Highly recommended!
Montana is so so so sweet and if I were just rating her customer service I would give 5 stars, but there were just a few things that could be improved a bit.
The first thing was that the website wasn't very clear at all that gel removal on pedicures would cost extra and it wasn't mentioned to me when she asked if it was regular or gel polish before removing it. I understand that they use a gental removal method and it takes more time, but I think that disclaimer really needs to be there when you book. I was also really surprised that there wasn't any kind of drying station for regular polish and I know that this is a small business, it just has standard prices...read full review
