Missi led a Pilates session for my husband, my daughter and me. I have done Pilates for years while my family is new to it. She easily instructed us all based on our individual abilities. My family got to see why I enjoy the exercise and how good instructors can make a huge difference. I would highly recommend Pilates Sestina for individual or group instruction.

I tried Pilates for the first time this winter at Pilates Sestina. Missi was patient, great at giving instructions and really helped me enjoy my first Pilates session. I was amazing at how getting the correct technique changed the impact of the exercise. Looking forward to more sessions.

When I started Pilates with Missi I was quite weak and worried about my balance (I’m 71 and hadn’t been very active). Missi was extremely tuned in to what my body both needed and was capable of doing and she tailored each of my sessions to fit my needs. I am stronger and feeling more confident about moving through the world. I highly recommend Missi and Pilates Sestina!
