I was terrified to begin but years later, I find myself coming back. Extremely skilled and knowledgeable teachers and friendly environment. Traverse City is so lucky to have such a heated studio!
A giant thank you to the family that owns this studio!!! I’m from California and staying on the other side of the state or Michigan for vacation and I drove 2.5 hours for a Bikram yoga which is difficult to find these days and it made my day, I couldn’t be happier to find a traditional Bikram style with a great following of yogis all ages that live in the area.
