The team at Orchard was great. They were easy to communicate with and responsive. The house looked great when they were finished. It ended up being a little more expensive than I expected but they checked with me before proceeding with the extra time and that was fine. I appreciated how much they communicated with me and also that they stuck to their timeline. I would definitely use them again.
Orchard cleaning helped me coordinate a clean for my parents house as I live out of state. Their entire team was so kind, helpful, and responsive. My parents were so thankful their team tackled a deep clean and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend!!
I recently moved to Traverse City and this was my first cleaning with Orchard. After I first contacted them after seeing an ad in The Ticker, I was immediately impressed with their professionalism and efficiency in onboarding me for my first cleaning. That efficiency and professionalism continued when they showed up on time, actually a little bit early, for their appointment, and did an excellent job of cleaning my place. I look forward to my regular service with Orchard.
