Byron was super helpful in fitting us into their schedule ASAP and Paul who performed our new keypad installation was super professional, quick to make the replacement and helped me get it synced to our Wifi network. I will not hesitate to call them in the future if we ever have any other issues!

Everyone I've dealt with at Northwest Lock has been friendly, professional, and knowledgable, on the phone and in person. But, when our historic lighthouse needed help sorting out and fixing a problem due to a mix up that occurred while several doors were being replaced, Beth got us on the schedule and Paul came out to Frankfort and got everything squared away - just in time for opening day. Skilled, friendly service for the routine things, coupled with the kind of support you might only hope for when the pressure's on. I strongly recommend Northwest Lock.

Had 2 fobs that I provided and a new key they provided programmed to my Cadillac. Service was quick, smooth, and very fairly priced. Support this local business rather than the Batteries Plus down the street!
