I live in Benzie County and have no locksmith currently it appears. Anyway I had something that I need open (in an hour), I was afraid I wasn't going to make it in time but with help of the secretary (she was like a human GPS) I did and I want to thank the part of the establish that helped me with a smile with a couple minutes to spare. I would use and will refer this company anytime. Thanks so much you saved my life. I'm sorry I don't have names to go with the folks that helped me today,but I think anyone employed there would be great. Thanks so very much. Best Christmas gift so far this season ;)

This place is highly recommended for many reasons they treat you really well and they are trained professionals that get you in and out they will have your key they thousands of blank keys on the wall ready to help you in your situation they hooked it up! I got up one morning in a ruff mood and broke my one and only Jeep key. I got 2 new ones made in less than 10 minutes! A very cheap lesson to learn! Less than $15 for both new keys! 100% A+ I will be back again !

Such fast service!! We called while he was on his way home for the night and he was kind enough to turn around, drive 30 minutes, and come help up get back into our car! Very reasonable pricing and and quick service! 10/10 will be using Northwest Lock again if we need in the future!
