Came after hours after I locked myself out of my new rental home. Very concerned about my safety and wellness. Very thorough and quick to get me back in. Not knowing anyone in town, Hampel & Son was a lifesaver for me!
I've managed an office for five years and always called Tom to change locks or help us get a code entry put in. He usually gets back to me within a couple of hours and he's even come in off of vacation with his family before. He definitely cares about my business and it shows. I don't think I've ever waited more than 48 hours for service. Oh and he is also very friendly and professional.
