After making a frustrating and expensive mistake in an Amazon order, I found myself with two very heavy boxes of copy paper that needed to be shipped back. I wish I remembered the name of the employee that helped me, but he was very friendly and gracious. He carried the boxes in from my car for me and then carried them back to my car when I realized how expensive the shipping was going to be. The next day he carried them in for me again after I figured out a different shipping option that was more affordable. He did it all with a smile. I don't need to ship things very often, but whenever I do this UPS store is always efficient and the employees are kind and helpful.

We are very happy with Up North Carpet Cleaning. Wayne, the owner, arrived at the time he said he would be there. He Measured and went over the price with me. Dry vacuumed and cleaned under the large pieces of furniture rather than just around them. Carpet looks great now. We had it Scothguarded also. I would definitely use them again. A friend referred us to him because she was happy with his service.
